OVERVIEW
The Pumpkin Shootout is North Carolina’s largest annual lacrosse tournament dedicated to showcasing the scholastic talent (middle and high school) as well as the many youth teams in our state. In the last few years, we have grown beyond our borders to include some high school teams from neighboring states as well. Each year we crown a champion in all of our divisions – a title that includes bragging rights a pretty cool prize. The event was founded with the community in mind and was, for years, run by some incredibly dedicated moms and dads who saw future for the sport in North Carolina. It is, without question, one of the most fun events of the year.
